Ken Fosina Joins ATEL Leasing Corporation as Executive Vice President

ATEL Capital Group has named Ken Fosina as Executive Vice President, ATEL Leasing Corporation. Ken brings extensive industry experience to his role at ATEL and will enhance ATEL?s ability to provide equipment financing solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

Mr. Fosina?s background includes over 25 years of sales, executive management and consulting experience with companies such as Capital Associates and Mellon US Leasing. In 1999, he founded LENDX, an online commercial finance marketplace, which served both the leasing industry and Fortune 1000 companies until the sale to Selectica in 2005. He managed all aspects of the start-up phase, raising $50 million in equity and debt. He brings with him many contacts and relationships not only in the leasing community but in the broader financial and business arena as well.
