3. Keep Them Safe- Bear in mind that you are to be responsible for your client?s safety. So if you are not confident that you can handle emergency situations where your client?s safety is at risk then you may have to think twice about becoming a trainer. You need some basic knowledge when it comes to first aid and safety.
4. Be Fit- A trainer with an unhealthy body and habits is a trainer without any clients. You can be sure about that. That is why you have to expend some effort in staying fit and healthy on your own as well. There is no excuse for being unhealthy when you are a fitness trainer.
